Another release in our limited edition Waitin’ On Wood Series, the Gin Pom Sour, is something extra special straight from the creative mind of Brewer Jon.
Our 2018 Barn Phantom Gose with Pomegranate aged over juniper berries in Few Spirits Gin barrels over a period of 10 months. The combination of natural souring processes, juniper, barrel and pomegranate notes deliver a complex palate pleasing adventure.
Gin Pom Sour will be available on draft and a limited number of 500mL bottles.
