4th of July, Smoked Beef Tostadas, Tag Day and more!

Next Tuesday is July 4^th! As has been the tradition since 2011, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don’t forget that last the chance you will have to get Triton Brewing Company Beer at the Brewery will be Sunday, July 2. Of course, you can also visit fine local retailers to get our products, but if you are planning to stop in to grab package at the “Mothership,” don’t miss your opportunity!

This week, our food special is Smoked Beef Tostada! Crispy corn tortilla, house-smoked beef, chihuahua cheese, cotija cheese, fresh tomato, red onion & jalapenos, mixed greens tossed in our Gose vinaigrette, and finished with a drizzle of crème fraiche and fire roasted salsa. This Saturday, July 1, we are one of the sights supporting “Tag Day” for the Marching Pride of Lawrence Township (MPLT). The MPLT is a joint effort between Lawrence North and Lawrence Central High Schools. This combined, township-wide high school marching band competes at the State and National level. We will have student performers representing the Marching Pride of Lawrence Township at Triton Brewing Company® entertaining and raising money for their cause. Then, on Wednesday, July 5, we will be hosting a “Dine to Donate” to help raise additional funds for the MPLT. 

Thursday, July 13, it’s Run 317 – Lawrence. Wheeler Road will be closed from 4:30pm-9pm, for the Lawrence Race. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
