Triton Brewing(R) Weekly Update – Open! New hours! Carry out! Groceries and more!

We reopened our Beer Garden on Friday, May 22, and it was a great weekend! A very big “Thank you,” to all of our guests who dined in and to all who continue to frequent our grocery and carryout services!

Even with our team in masks and gloves, and a particularly grueling cleaning and sanitizing regiment throughout the establishment, I think we were as glad to see our guests as they were to see us! We have missed the human interaction part of what we do the most. It makes the drudgery of the “behind the scenes,” worthwhile. Our goal remains to provide the safest possible environment for our team and our guests, and at the same time be able to provide an enjoyable atmosphere. 

This week we will continue to operate at 50% outdoor seating capacity, though we have extended our patio with approval from the City of Indianapolis, the Alcohol Tobacco Coalition of the State of Indiana and the Marion County Health Department. Bar seating and seating in the Tasting Room remain closed. Servers and kitchen staff will continue to wear face coverings, as dictated by the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis and Lawrence.  We strongly encourage our guests entering the building to wear masks.

We have also started our expanded hours! Triton Brewing Company and Bistro is now open 12-10pm, Wednesday through Sunday. The Triton Bistro kitchen closes at 9pm. We continue to do carry-out and on-line ordering, for those of our community that are high-risk, or that prefer to take their meals home. We continue to operate our market at Fort Ben, too. We are well-stocked with fresh eggs, ground beef, sliced ham, sliced turkey, smoked pork and beef and more. These and other sundries are on-hand and will be available, while supplies last. (PLEASE NOTE: On-line ordering is only available during our hours of operation.)
