We hope you can join us to help mark this milestone. 

We are doing some new, fun and interesting weekly specials and freshening things in the Triton Bistro. This week we are bringing back chicken wings! Whole brined, house-smoked and deep-fried chicken wings, jerk seasoned or tossed in sweet chili gochujang or house BBQ. Our wings are served with mixed greens and watermelon radish tossed in Barn Phantom Gose vinaigrette with a side of smoked bleu cheese or ranch dressing. Keep watching for new culinary adventures to be delivered by your friends at Triton Brewing Company’s® #TritonBistro!
