Tomorrow, July 26^th, is the 12^th Birthday of our very own Rail Splitter IPA®! Brewed the first time in 2010, the Rail Splitter® is legitimately the beer that helped make Triton Brewing Company® the organization we are today. Our flagship beer, and a true example of the style, the Rail Splitter® is a fresh amber-colored brew with noticeable citrus and floral aromas balanced on a nice malty backbone with a dry finish. Fourteen months after the first test batch, Triton Brewing® opened at our current location on Indianapolis’ East Side in a mule barn that was formerly part of Fort Benjamin Harrison. We are excited to be able to celebrate 12 years of our favorite IPA and to share it with the good people who enjoy it! Cheers from your friends at Triton Brewing Company®!

Our Brewers have been busy brewing up our newest beer, Prickly Pear Ginger Sour! . Delightfully tart, fruity and refreshing! We will share more as the time gets closer, but we are looking forward to this one!

This week our food special is a Smoked Beef Pizza Hoagie! Our house-smoked beef with a scratch-made Hempire Strykes Back marinara sauce, served on a roll, with a chihuahua and cheddar cheese blend, jalapenos, red onions and tomatoes. Friday night, July 30, you can find Triton Brewing Company at Mudsock Fest! Mudsock Fest is a fundraiser to support Children’s TheraPlay of Carmel, an organization that provides children with speech, physical and occupational therapy using horses. The Why Store will be headlining the event with Farmland BBQ vending food and Triton Brewing will be vending beer.
