Prickly Pear Ginger Sour, Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA, Ginger & Guajillo Pork Tacos and more!

Brewers Jon and Brewer Dain have been busy brewing up our newest couple of beers, Prickly Pear Ginger Sour and Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA!  The Prickly Pear Ginger Sour is delightfully tart, fruity and refreshing! It is only weeks away. Also coming soon, the Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA! We are taking our Star 19 IPA and adding freshly harvested Chinook Hops from our friends at Crazy Horse Hops, from Knightstown, Indiana. The hop harvest is determining the production of this wet hopped brew. We are looking forward to these two new brews! The Prickly Pear Ginger Sour and the Wet Hopped Star 19 will both be available on draft and in growlers and 4packs of 12oz cans to go. They will also be found at finer retailers in Central Indiana.

This week our food special is our Ginger & Guajillo Pork Tacos! Flour tortillas, our scratch-made ginger guajillo sauce, house–smoked pulled pork, pineapple, red onion, fresh jalapenos, and a side of crème fraiche. Served with your choice of side item.
