Prickly Pear Ginger Sour, Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA, Smoked Beef Quesadillas and more!

Brewers Jon and Brewer Dain have been busy brewing up our newest couple of beers, Prickly Pear Ginger Sour and Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA! 

The Prickly Pear Ginger Sour drops next week! Wednesday, August 17, 3pm, it’s the Prickly Pear Ginger Sour Tapping & Can Release! A delightfully tart, fruity and refreshing brew, made with prickly pear, ginger and lactose sugar. The Prickly Pear Ginger Sour will be available on draft, in growlers, and 4packs of 12oz cans to go, and will be found at finer retailers in Central Indiana. 

Wet Hopped Star 19 IPA is only weeks away! Wednesday, August 24, 3pm, is the official Tapping & Can Release for our newest IPA. We took our Star 19 IPA, and added freshly harvested Chinook Hops from our friends at Crazy Horse Hops, Knightstown, Indiana.The hops are so fresh in this brew, that the harvest determined when we could produce this delicious IPA. The Wet Hopped Star 19 will be available on draft and in growlers and 4packs of 12oz cans to go, and like the Prickly Pear Ginger Sour, it will also be available at finer retailers in Central Indiana.

This week our food special is Smoked Beef Quesadillas! Our house-smoked beef toasted in between two flour tortillas with cheddar cheese, chihuahua cheese, red onion, tomato and fresh jalapenos.
