Magnificent Amber Ale, Smoked Pork & Artichoke Sammie, Beastside Brewfest, and more!

Today we brewed a beer that we have not made in many years, the Magnificent Amber Ale! A particularly well-balanced medium-bodied example, the Magnificent Amber Ale pours amber to copper with a slightly off-white head, leads with a hoppy nose, follows with a toasty maltiness, and wraps gracefully with a noticeably caramel finish. The Magnificent Amber Ale will be available in a few weeks on draft and in 4packs of 12oz cans.

This week we debut a new food special, the Smoked Pork & Artichoke Sammie! Our house-smoked pork, fried artichokes, habanero jack cheese, spicy Rail Splitter IPA® pickled jalapenos, served on a toasted bun, with mixed greens, tomato, red onion, pickles, and peppercorn honey mustard. This Saturday, April 29, 7-10pm, you can join Triton Brewing Company® and a bunch of our friends at the Beastside Brewfest.
