Wednesday, February 1, we are tapping our newest beer, Bright Lights Coffee Brown! A Brown Ale brewed with Bright Lights Coffee Blend roasted locally by our friends at Bee Coffee Roasters. Brewer Jon has won numerous awards for his Brown Ales and his Coffee Ales, so we are particularly excited about this one! Two of our favorite beverages (coffee & beer) together in one place! Bright Lights Coffee Brown will be available on draft and in growlers to take with you.

This week we are introducing another new weekly food special – Smoked Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos! A generous portion of our house-smoked chicken, served on flour tortillas with bacon, mixed greens tossed in our scratch-made Cajun Cilantro Ranch and topped with diced red onion, tomato and jalapeno. The fourth Saturday of every month is Beer & Yoga at Triton Brewing Company®! Saturday, January 28, 11am, join Kati Black Yoga for a 45 minute “Choose your own adventure,” yoga class. Join Triton Brewing®, the Brewers of Indiana Guild and a bunch of our friends at the 14^th Annual Winterfest! The nonprofit Brewers of Indiana Guild will hold its 14th annual winter fundraiser, Saturday, February 11, 1-6p.m. and their VIP event on Friday, February, 10, 7-10p.m. at the Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion. Sample hundreds of beers, ciders, and meads brewed by dozens of Hoosier breweries while enjoying local food, shopping, games, and more. A portion of the proceeds from Winterfest will benefit Joy’s House.  For more information, or to grab your tickets: 14th Annual Winterfest – Brewers of Indiana Guild: Drink Indiana Beer.
