Holiday Hours. This week we will close on Friday, December 31, 7pm, but will have regular hours Wednesday-Thursday, December 29-30, and Saturday-Sunday, January 1-2.

Flash Tapping! Batch 1000 (2018) (Bourbon Barrel Belgian Quad-Buffalo Trace) – This Belgian-style Quadrupel Ale was our 1000th batch of beer, aged for 25 months in a Sour Mash Buffalo Trace Barrel. At 16.0% ABV and 35 IBU’s, this treat is available on draft in 5oz and 8oz pours.

Last week we sold out of the Ginger & Guajillo Pork Tacos! A number of guests requested that we do it again, so…get your flour tortillas, our scratch-made ginger guajillo sauce, house–smoked pulled pork, pineapple, red onion, fresh jalapenos, and a side of crème fraiche. Next Wednesday, we are tapping our first Extra Pale Ale, the Bumble Extra Pale. Named after one of our favorite holiday characters, Bumble Extra Pale features Falconer’s Flight, Huell Melon, Warrior and Loral Hops, and “Clocks in,” at 4.91% ABV and an approachable 38 IBU’s. The Bumble Extra Pale Ale will be available on draft and in growlers to take with you.
