A big “Thank you,” to everyone who supported our 7th Annual Toys for Tots Drive! We appreciate all who helped us do something to make a great holiday season for the less-fortunate children in our community. Much gratitude to our friends John Dewey and Miguel Roa who have been instrumental every year in helping to make The Toys for Tots Drive the highlight of our holidays!

Triton Brewing Company will close at 7pm on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, and New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31. Regular hours the rest of the holiday season. Happy Forking Holidays from your friends at Triton Brewing Company!

Our weekly food special is inspired by a popular Colombian dish, Patacones con Carne Desmechada (Fried Plantains with Beef). We take a crisp flour tortilla, add fried plantains, guacamole, jerk-seasoned smoked beef and top it with chihuahua cheese. Served with your choice of a side item.
