We’re thrilled to welcome our new Brewer, Lindsay Perdue! Lindsay comes to us from Flix Brewhouse, where she served as Head Brewer. With a rich background in brewing, including time at Great Fermentations and Black Swan Brewpub, Lindsay is a valuable addition to our team. We’re delighted to have her join the Triton Brewing Family and are eager to sample her delicious malt beverages!

Join us this Wednesday for the thrilling debut of our new Barn Phantom Gose Series flavor, Spicy Margarita! Come by on May 22, at 3pm, to savor a beer that’s inspired by your favorite cocktail, sure to delight your palate! The Spicy Margarita Barn Phantom Gose will be available on tap and in 4-packs of 12oz cans.

Our food special this week features Caribbean Pork Tacos! Beginning with flour tortillas, we add jerk-seasoned house-smoked pulled pork, fried plantains, fresh jalapeños, red onion, and a drizzle of crème fraîche. Choose a side to complete your meal.
