The City of Lawrence, together with Indiana On Tap, is thrilled to announce the seventh annual ‘Lagers in Lawrence’ Oktoberfest. Taking place this Saturday, September 21st, from 2-6 PM, it promises to be one of the largest and most celebrated Oktoberfest events in central Indiana. Come to the Fort Ben Cultural Campus (8920 Otis Avenue, Lawrence) to enjoy an assortment of beer styles, live DJ entertainment, fantastic food vendors, and the much-anticipated return of the Oktoberfest-style Weiner Dog Racing! This week’s Food Special at Triton Brewing Company® is the buffalo chicken salad! Mixed greens, chicken tenders tossed in mild or hot buffalo sauce, smoked blue cheese crumbles, fresh tomatoes, red onions, bacon, and served with a choice of our Gose vinaigrette, blue cheese, or ranch dressing. On Saturday, September 28, at 11 AM, come for Yoga & Beer with Kati Black Yoga! Participate in a 45-minute yoga session that’s perfect for all skill levels and ages. On Wednesday, October 2, at 3 PM, we will be tapping the Black Currant Barn Phantom Gose! This traditional Barn Phantom Gose is brewed with coriander, pink Himalayan salt, and black currant, creating an effervescent and delicately sour Ale. It’s reminiscent of black cherry with a British accent! The Black Currant Barn Phantom Gose will be available on draft and in 4-packs of 12oz cans.
