Our house-smoked pork with habanero jack cheese, red onion, pickled Rail Splitter IPA® jalapenos, fresh tomato and topped with our scratch-made remoulade sauce on a hoagie roll. Triton Brewing Company® will be joining the Brewers of Indiana Guild for its 9th annual spring fundraiser, Bloomington Craft Beer Fest, benefiting Lotusfest, April 15th, 2023, from 2–6p.m. at the Historic Woolery Mill in Bloomington, IN. Save the Date: Green Tea Guava Sour Tapping is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 3pm! This 2021 Gold Medal (Specialty Ale) winner at the Indiana Beer Cup returns on draft and in cans!
