Sugar Pils Tapping, Barrel Aged Double Deadeye (2022) Flash Tapping, Smoked Beef Quesadillas and more!

Wednesday the Sugar Pils is coming! Sugar Pils, our Czech-style Pilsner, brewed exclusively with locally grown Sugar Creek Malt, will be available on draft and in cans! The name “Sugar Pils,” denotes our collaboration with Sugar Creek Malt and this Lager is hopped with the traditional Saaz Hops to “round out” the Czech-style Pilsner experience. Don’t kid yourself, the Sugar Pils is no placebo! 

Flash Tapping! We have just tapped the Barrel Aged Double Deadeye Imperial Stout (2022)! Our Double Deadeye Imperial Stout aged in a Whiskey Barrel with tasting notes of cherry, dark chocolate, coffee, oak & caramel! Available exclusively on draft at the Brewery.

The Brew schedule is very exciting over the next couple of months! Margarita Barn Phantom Gose is coming. Our Citrus Gose with traditional Margarita flavors is due in mid-April. The highly-sought after Hatchblower Pepper IPA will be available on draft and in cans (for the first time) in early May! 

This week our food special is Smoked Beef Quesadillas! Our house-smoked beef toasted in between two flour tortillas with cheddar cheese, habanero jack cheese, red onion, tomato, fresh jalapenos and cilantro.
