Triton Brewing(R) Weekly Update – All IN Lager, new Executive Chef, join our family, case discounts and more!

This Wednesday, August 4, we will be tapping our All IN Lager. This traditional style Lager is brewed with corn, barley, hops and water 100% from the Hoosier State! Sugar Creek Malt Company (Lebanon, IN) and Crazy Horse Hops (Knightstown, IN) provided the malt and hops, respectively. The water is our unique, local Triton Brewing water. Crisp and refreshing, we know you’re going to go “All in,” on our All IN Lager!

Triton Brewing® has hired a new Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef! Our old friend, John Barker, award winning BBQ Master, formerly the energy and brains behind Beach Bum Barbecue and creator of Skull and Mortar (skullandmortar.com and youtube.com/skullandmortar) is joining our management team! He will “hit the ground running,” on August 14, and we couldn’t be happier to have him. We have been a fan of John’s since he emerged in the Indy food scene and his leadership will bring a lot of magic to the Triton Bistro.
