Triton Brewing(R) Weekly Update – International Gourmet Coffee Month, Barn Phantom Gose with Black Cherry, Citra Chaos IPA & more!

Did you know that January is International Gourmet Coffee Month? We can recommend an excellent way to celebrate! How about by enjoying a pint or can of our Ale Pacino Mocaccino Milk Brown Ale? Ale Pacino, our collaboration in Bee Coffee Roasters (Bee Coffee Roasters), is a great combination of fresh, locally-roasted coffee beans brewed in a lightly sweet Milk Brown Ale. International Gourmet Coffee Month is only another week, so grab your Ale Pacino Mocaccino soon!  

This Wednesday, January 27, 3pm, join us for the release of our Barn Phantom Gose with Black Cherry! The Sour Ale is based on our 2016 Indiana Brewers Cup Gold Medal winning Gose recipe and is infused with black cherry puree, a touch of lemon peel, coriander and pink Himalayan salt. Fruity and refreshing! The newest fruit in our Barn Phantom Gose Series. Enjoy a pint or take some home. We are excited to drop this newest flavor of our fruited Barn Phantom Gose Series with a new fruit for a new year!

Back by popular demand – Citra Chaos IPA! Wednesday, February 10, 3-10pm, we will be Tapping Citra Chaos IPA on draft and releasing this tasty Ale in 4packs of 12oz cans! This IPA is all about the hops, the Citra Hops! A juicy punch of citrus, mango, guava and lychee aroma and flavor bursts across the palate. All Citra, all day.
