New beer! We added another new beer this week! Blood Orange IPA (2021). Our Rail Splitter IPA® infused with ludicrous amounts of blood orange puree, brewed specifically for our 10th Anniversary Party. The Blood Orange IPA is available on draft for a limited time. We still have two other very special beers, also available in limited supply, Blanton’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Days of Yore Old Ale on draft and in 500 mL bottles and our Double Deadeye Imperial Stout aged in a Hotel Tango Bourbon Barrel.

We are doing some new, fun and interesting weekly specials and freshening things in the Triton Bistro. This week brisket returns!
