Triton Brewing(R) Weekly Update- Plan for Reopening, Groceries, Bistro, #StayHome Case Discounts and more!

Happy Monday! The “light at the end of the tunnel,” is getting brighter! It looks like Marion County will be reopening on May 11, according to Governor Holcomb and backontrack.in.gov, for what is being described as Stage 2 of the State’s COVID-19 Recovery. According to the Stage 2 Guidelines “Restaurants and bars that serve food may open at 50% capacity with operational limitations. Bar seating will be closed… Servers and kitchen staff must wear face coverings,” beginning the week of May 18.

Triton Brewing® will reopen our Tasting Room and Beer Garden at Fort Ben on Wednesday, May 20, at 12pm. We will be open with a very keen eye towards making sure that we are compliant with the health guidelines and expectations of the Indiana State Health Department and Marion County Health Department. We will also be expanding our hours! Beginning May 20, Triton Brewing Company and Bistro will be open 12-10pm, Wednesday through Sunday. The Triton Bistro kitchen will close at 9pm. We will continue to execute carry-out and on-line ordering, for those of our community that are high-risk, or that prefer to take their meals home.

Until the week of May 18, Triton Brewing®, Bistro and Bodega will continue to operate our market at Fort Ben. Essential groceries, hot food and cold beer are available. We are well-stocked with fresh eggs, ground beef, bacon, sliced ham, sliced turkey, smoked pork and beef and more. These and other sundries are on-hand and will be available Wednesday through Sunday, 1-8pm, while supplies last. (PLEASE NOTE: Ordering is only available during our hours of operation.)

We are continuing the deep discounts on cases of our beer with our #StayHome Case Discounts. Please find the prices attached. We also continue to fill growlers. We have attached the price of growler refills. The Brewers Association has put together some guidelines for breweries to follow when selling beer to-go from their establishments. This guidance includes best practices for maintaining sanitary practices and social distancing in light of COVID-19. We stringently follow these guidelines to ensure that both our team-members and our customers are protected to the greatest extent possible.
