We’re Hiring, Hempire Strykes Back IPA, BBQ Pork Salad, Indiana Microbrewers Festival, and more!

Friends,

We’re hiring! As our college-age staff return to school, we’re seeking to fill several server roles and a part-time cook position. If you know someone interested in the Hospitality Industry, we’d be thrilled to consider them for our team.

Join us this Wednesday, July 10, at 3pm, for the comeback of Hempire Strykes Back! This Juicy IPA is perfect for hop lovers and casual beer drinkers alike, offering a fresh, clean flavor. Crafted with Laurel, Summit, Liberty, and Citra Hops, and a unique addition of organic hemp flour, this IPA will be available on tap and in 4-pack 12oz cans. “The Forks are strong with this one!”

Introducing the Weekly Food Special – BBQ Pork Salad! We begin with a blend of mixed greens, carrots, vine-ripened tomatoes, diced red onions, cheddar cheese, croutons, and house-smoked pork, served up with Brewer Jon’s Root Beer BBQ Sauce and peppercorn ranch dressing. Stay tuned for more culinary creations from Triton Brewing Company’s® #TritonBistro.

On Saturday, July 20, come support the Indiana Brewers Guild at their 27th annual Indiana Microbrewers Festival at the Historic Military Park at White River State Park, downtown Indianapolis. Sample a variety of beers from over 50 Hoosier breweries and guests, savor local food, shop, and play games. Entertainment will feature DJ Rusty Redenbacher, White River Wrestling Matches, and the Mission Max Mobile Escape Room.
