This week our food special is Caribbean Pork Tacos! We start with flour tortillas, add our jerk seasoned house–smoked pulled pork, fried plantains, fresh jalapenos, red onion, and drizzled with crème fraiche. A week from Wednesday we are tapping the newest addition to our Barn Phantom line of sours, Lemon Meringue Gose, Wednesday, January 31. Join us to celebrate the end of “Dry January,” with an Ale that is a little tart and a little sweet. You can have your dessert and drink it, too! Lemon Meringue Gose will be available on draft and in 4packs of 12oz cans.

Winterfest 2024. Join Triton Brewing Company® and the nonprofit Indiana Brewers Guild for their annual winter fundraiser, Winterfest 2024, February, 10, 1-6pm. Sample hundreds of beers, ciders, and more brewed by dozens of Hoosier breweries & guests while enjoying local shopping, games, and more. The Brewers of Indiana Guild is also hosting their swanky VIP event, Winter Woodlands, Friday, February 9, 7-10pm. On Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, February 14, it is the return of the Strawberry Hometown Hero Ale®. The Brew Crew has revisited the recipe for this beer and we are legitimately excited to share the newest iteration with our community! The Strawberry Hometown Hero® will be available on draft and 4packs of 12oz cans.
